Chief Compliance Officer (PINE Advisor Solutions)
Morgan McKay serves as an Associate Director on the Adviser Compliance Support Services team at PINE. In her role, Morgan supports clients in establishing and maintaining compliance programs. Morgan serves as a resource for clients on complying with current and developing regulatory frameworks, laws, and industry standards. Morgan also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for a Registered Investment Adviser.
Morgan has been active in the industry since 2022. She joined PINE in 2024, serving as a compliance officer in a generalist capacity in her prior role. Morgan has experience in many facets of compliance management, including compliance testing, auditing, portfolio management compliance, employee oversight, regulatory filings, ISDA negotiation, marketing review, training, risk mitigation, policy creation, and more. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management, with minors in Economics and Business Administration from Western Colorado University. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts Degree in Health Education and a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys running, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, outdoor activities in general, hanging out with friends, her husband, and her pug Richie.
